Mommy Makeover – Patient 1
This 35 year old mother underwent silicone breast augmentation to restore fullness and cleavage to her breasts, combined with a tummy tuck to tighten the abdominal skin and flatten the tummy (mommy makeover). The first set of photos are 18 days after surgery. The small scabs on the breasts resolved quickly. The other post-operative photos are 2 years after surgery, although skin markings from underwear are seen, the scars on the breasts and tummy are barely visible.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 2
This 28 year old mother complained of very small, empty, widely spaced breasts after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She was also unhappy about the saggy, wrinkled skin on her tummy. She underwent breast augmentation combined with a mini-tummy tuck, with marked improvement.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 3
This young mother complained of droopy, empty breasts and significant laxity and tissue excess throughout the tummy. She’s extremely happy following breast augmentation combined with a breast lift and a tummy tuck. The red scars fade with time and become almost imperceptible.

Breast Augmentation – Patient 1

This 24 year old with very little breast tissue received 350 cc smooth round implants using a peri-areolar incision. Despite the lack of breast tissue, her result looks very natural.

Breast Augmentation – Patient 5

This 25 year old patient underwent augmentation with 400 cc silicone implants using peri-areolar incisions.

Breast Lift – Patient 5

This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.

Breast Lift – Patient 8

This patient underwent a concentric mastopexy in combination with breast augmentation. This type of mastopexy results in less scarring on the breast. The scar around the areola will continue to fade over time.

Tummy Tuck – Patient 1

This 26 year old mother underwent abominoplastsy (tummy tuck) combined with liposuction of the abdomen, back, hips, and thighs. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 1/2 months after surgery.

Tummy Tuck – Patient 6

This 39 year old presented with severe abdominal skin and fat excess, creating large, loose rolls. Her abdominal contour, and her ability to exercise and be active, were significantly improved following an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). The scar will continue to fade with time.

This 30 year old female received liposuction to the back, flanks and hips with significant improvement.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 5

35 year old patient with very droopy breasts and loose, bulging abdomen underwent a breast lift and tummy tuck. The patient also disliked her large areolas, which were made smaller at the time of the breast lift.

The postoperative photos were taken about six months after surgery.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 6

This 44 year old mother decreased her weight from 260 pounds to 174 pounds after undergoing a lap band procedure. She complained of significant breast drooping and lack of fullness, and also of loose and bulging tissues in the abdomen. She had large rolls in her posterior hips and mid back. She underwent a traditional mastopexy, or breast lift, and combined with 450 cc silicone implants. An abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, was done, and liposuction of the back and posterior hips was performed. The post operative photos were taken about two months after the surgery. The scars will continue to fade over the next one to two years.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 7

This 42 year old mother of two lost 25 pounds, and presented complaining of inadequate breast fullness and slight breast drooping, and also of significant laxity and excess skin throughout the abdomen with severe stretch marks. She underwent a silicone breast augmentation with a concentric mastopexy, which involves a scar only around the areola, combined with an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck. 400 cc silicone implants were used, and she did not want her breasts to be any larger than that. The postoperative photos were taken about nine weeks after surgery.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 8

This 41 year old mother of four underwent a laparoscopic gastric bypass procedure, resulting in an 80 pound weight loss. She complained of breast ptosis, or drooping, enlarged areolas, and a lack of breast fullness. She also complained of significant excess skin and prominence throughout the abdomen. She underwent a traditional mastopexy, or breast lift, combined with use of 370 cc silicone implants. A tummy tuck was also performed. The postoperative photos five weeks after the original surgery already demonstrate significant improvement.

Mommy Makeover – Patient 9

This 27 year old mother of three complained of extremely severe drooping and asymmetry of her breasts. She chose to undergo a mastopexy or breast lift. She also complained of laxity of the skin throughout the abdomen after her pregnancies, treated with an abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck. The postoperative photos are two months after surgery. The scars are thin and will continue to fade.
