Go Smaller
A breast lift paired with a breast reduction helps with decreasing the weight and size of the breasts, and often discomfort in the neck and back, in addition to correcting drooping and sagging.

Breast Lift – Patient 1
This 39 year old presented with very droopy (ptotic) breasts. Her left breast was more droopy than the right, and she disliked the extremely wide diameter of her areolas. Due to her large breast size and degree of drooping, a traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was selected. Breast implants were added to improve fullness in the upper breasts. The scarring appears very acceptable only months after surgery, and will continue to fade with time.

Breast Lift – Patient 2
This 47 year old complained of drooping (ptosis) of her breasts. She did not want breast implants to improve breast fullness. Due to her large breast size and degree of drooping, a traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was selected. The very acceptable scars continue to improve with passage of time.
Breast Lift – Patient 3
This 42 year old mother complained of poor breast shape (constricted or conical), inadequate size, and drooping, worse on the left. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was performed in combination with breast augmentation. The breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars will fade with time. Smooth round 425 cc saline implants were used, filled to 475 cc. Her size and shape are dramatically improved, as is the drooping, with minimal scarring.
Breast Lift – Patient 4
This 39 year old female presented with severe ptosis (drooping) of the breasts after breastfeeding. The nipples are pointing almost straight down, and the patient has no breast fullness. She did not want to use breast implants. A traditional mastopexy (lift) was performed, restoring fullness and bringing the nipples to appropriate levels. The red color of the scars will continue to fade with time.
Breast Lift – Patient 5
This 33 year old complained of empty, sagging breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy (breast lift) was combined with silicone breast augmentation. This type of breast lift involves only a scar around the areola, with no scars on the breasts themselves. The red color of the scars continues to fade with time, and the wrinkles around the areola smooth out.

Breast Lift – Patient 6
This 55 year old patient complained of breast ptosis (drooping), but did not want breast implants to enhance breast fullness. A traditional type of mastopexy (breast lift) was performed, with much better shape and elimination of drooping. The scars will become even less noticeable with time.
Breast Lift – Patient 7
This patient complained of empty, drooping breasts after breastfeeding. A concentric mastopexy was performed in combination with breast augmentation. This type of mastopexy results in less scarring on the breast. The scar around the areola will continue to fade over time.
Breast Lift – Patient 8
This patient underwent a concentric mastopexy in combination with breast augmentation. This type of mastopexy results in less scarring on the breast. The scar around the areola will continue to fade over time.
Patient Reviews
I AM SO GLAD I WENT TO HIM…
I was referred to Dr. Taleisnik by a friend and I am so glad I went to him. He was incredibly professional and took his time with me to make sure all of my questions and/or concerns were addressed. He weighed out my options and what would be best for me and my body. I knew I would go thru with him when his suggestion wasn’t the most expensive option. He really wanted me to be happy and I definitely am! I had a breast lift with implants almost 5 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier! In fact, I referred a friend to him who has already had another type of surgery with him. The only person of his staff I personally dealt with was Linae (I hope I spelled her name right) and she was awesome, so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a couple questions right before my surgery and she emailed me back within an hour, I never felt rushed by Dr. Taleisnik or his staff in any way and they schedule properly so you are not waiting an hour which is always a huge plus. Bottom line is I am pleased with the process and the results. I will continue to refer my friends to him.
