Description:
This 23 year old patient presented with small, conical breasts and very tight skin and tissues. Before surgery, the distance from the nipple to the fold beneath the breast was also very short. She received 425cc smooth round saline implants using peri-areolar incisions. The folds beneath the breasts were lowered to allow the implants to be centered behind the nipples. Her shape and size is much improved, and the slight pigmentation of the scars will fade with additional time.

This 31 year old patient is extremely thin, with minimal breast tissue and a very narrow chest wall. She hoped to increase her size significantly, and requested a very narrow cleavage. 375cc smooth round HIGH PROFILE implants were used, filled to 425cc on the right and to 400cc on the left to correct a mild preoperative size discrepancy.
