Desc: This 54 year old patient complained of facial laxity including sagging jowls, creases extending downward from the corners of the mouth, and loose neck tissues resulting in a poorly defined chin and jaw. In addition, she requested correction of bulges involving the lower eyelid region. A facelift (with necklift) was performed, in combination with a lower blepharoplasty. Postoperative photographs reveal a smoother, natural contour of the jaw line, elimination of the creases extending downward from the mouth, and tightening of the neck. The uneven bulges below the eyes have been removed, highlighting the cheekbones.
